PODs
We have a comprehensive system for receiving PODs from our drivers in the field and ensuring customers can access the PODs as quickly as possible via a web-based interface. The PODs are also securely stored for up to five years.

Vehicle Telematics and Tracking
Clarkes is committed to ensuring our drivers are safe and responsible. We have invested over £330k in our telematics system to date. All our cabs are fitted with forward facing cameras and tracking systems. This is also being used to provide our warehouses with ETAs so that our vehicles can be loaded and unloaded more efficiently, ensuring your goods are delivered on time and in full.

Systems Integration
Our powerful web-based order entry system gives customers complete visibility in relation to their orders and enables them to print manifests, labels and delivery notes. We also offer an extensive range of integration platforms this includes EDI Transfers, Web Services, CSV, Email, XML, EDIFACT.

Reporting
Our systems allow us to monitor our performance in real time and also produce performance reports that will help us to improve our services. These services are also available to our customers in various formats.
