ADR TRAINING

ADR Course Overview All drivers of vehicles carrying dangerous goods, within scope of the ADR provisions, must attend a Department for Transport approved basic training course in order to be legally qualified to transport such loads. ADR Initial 4-day course includes 21 hours Driver CPC, and ADR Initial 5-day course includes 28 hours Driver CPC. Delivered by industry experts, ADR Initial courses enable learners to successfully pass the SQA ADR examinations, allowing them to transport dangerous materials safely and legally by road in the UK and Europe. In addition to gaining an understanding of their responsibilities and legislative obligations. Clarke Transport is a fully approved SQA Grade 1 ADR centre and can offer online testing for each of the ADR tests. Clarke Transport I.T. suite allows for the exams to be done online giving instant results and meaning the ADR card is received generally in 3 to 4 days instead of around 4 weeks.
